Director, Louisa Harrison is a four-time recruitment award winner. Placed top ten in the career consultant of the year award three consecutive years, achieving first place in 2005 as the Senior Career Consultant of the Year for a high street recruitment super brand.
To win this accolade Louisa beat off stiff competition from over 400 other consultants and results were calculated on the number of permanent people she helped place in employment that stayed in their permanent positions.
Louisa's recruitment experience has given her a unique insight and understanding of the talent available in Yorkshire, and the ever-changing methods candidates use to seek employment.
Louisa's extensive business relationships with clients across South Yorkshire have seen her visit and work with hundreds of companies, gaining an invaluable insight into the variety of job roles, working environments, salaries, benefits, company ethos and team structures that companies can offer.
Fellow Director Amy Tingle spent four years as a recruiter and trainer for a national organisation, co-ordinating the recruitment, induction and training of teams of employees at sites across the UK. Her experience has seen her conducting hundreds of interviews talent spotting individuals. Amy has developed, written and delivered training courses across a range of subjects including sales and customer service as well as inducting new employees on site ensuring they understand and deliver on company principles and promises.
