We are an independent recruitment consultancy that visits every client who lists a vacancy with us; and meets every candidate that we represent. This ensures we have a full understanding of both parties' requirements; we cast the net wide, and use our expertise to source and match employers to employees perfectly.

Your Consultant is always on hand to advice and guide throughout this important and exciting process. To help you utilise and retain your new talent we offer a range of add on services for clients including retention, team building, personal development and networking. Candidates benefit from the one-on-one CV and interview advice we provide at registration and the wide selection of clients that we represent. Candidates and clients are always welcome to get their wellies out and get involved with fundraising activities of our nominated charity Whirlow Hall Farm Educational Trust!

So, if for any reason should things not work out, our clients are entitled to a full replacement or refund.
