There’s the dawn of a new era at Benchmark HQ as Rob Shaw is promoted to Sales Director. Rob will form a new partnership with Managing Director, Louisa Harrison-Walker to further develop the recruitment firm.
Rob’s appointment comes as he returns to Benchmark following a year’s adoption leave. Rob is set to help drive the business forward and continue to offer businesses an unrivalled recruitment and retention service.

The new structure of the company comes following Amy Tingle’s departure from the company – after a phenomenal nine year partnership Amy has decided to invest time in nurturing her young family and supporting her husband’s business.
