Every month at Benchmark we have an internal vote called ‘Vote For Values’ where we decide which one of our fellow Benchmarkers has demonstrated best practice in the work place. Each employee votes for the colleague they feel has demonstrated most of our company values, picking out positive moments from the month just gone – this can be anything from resilience, constructive advice, fun, communications and accountability.
We’re all about positivity at Benchmark, and this is a great chance for us to down tools and take a moment to reflect on achievements, giving praise where it’s due. And the very nice bit is that if you’re top of the pops and get the most votes, you receive a very nice bottle of fizz.
The results for February are in….
It was a tiebreak this month with Rebecca Morris our Senior Consultant and Keren Hurst, Specialist in Sales Recruitment, both receiving the February Vote For Values Award. Rebecca was credited for her professionalism and leadership as she has stepped up to a new role of Senior Consultant and Office Manager, and is already making a real impact. Hot on her heels is Keren who had a bumper month in February smashing up her target by marrying up many a candidate to client to form lasting working relationships.
All that was left was for Benchmark Director, Louisa Harrison-Walker to present our leading ladies with their prizes.
