I feel it's very easy to write to companies with complaints towards services received, yet when a good service is delivered, we aren't as quick to write in explaining so! On that note I felt it only right that I express my gratitude towards both yourself and Rachal for what I feel to be a second to none service, especially in this current climate where I can only imagine how busy you must be! Taking this into account, Rachal has always made me feel welcome to call and has taken that extra step in customer service where it can be lacking in some organisations and has delivered a professional yet friendly service every time I have made contact.
