So are we!! - once you have emailed your CV to us you are on our radar and our software takes all the details from your CV.  We work on an appointment basis for full registration which involves a one to one consultation. It is essential that we take the time to get to know you as an individual and find out exactly what drives you, what aspirations you have for your workplace and, more importantly what position you want us to find for you.  You need identification and details of excellent references to bring to your consultation. This takes no more than an hour, unless you speak very, very slowly! Appointments to register can be made anytime between 8.45am and 7pm.

A helping hand

Your career consultant will provide CV advice, useful and constructive interview tips and techniques, and most importantly pre interview preparation. We will have always visited the client before you so we can give you an accurate heads up on what to expect. Inside information can make all the difference to your performance in an interview, keeping you on track to what is relevant to the person that makes the ultimate decision whether to hire. At Benchmark Recruit we have 5 main divisions. If you have come through to this section, then you are interested in Creative & Digital roles. This division is headed by Benchmark Director Louisa Harrison-Walker.

A head start

With an exclusive client base across South Yorkshire we have jobs that you won’t find on recruitment websites, and more often than not we work on a exclusive basis with clients. Sometimes you can go up against only 4 other people instead of the usual 150 people applying per job advert at the moment. With those odds you stand a much better chance of nailing it.

Getting it right  

We don’t get paid if you drop out of a placement, so we won’t push you into anything we don’t think you will stick at. We are not targeted like ‘High Street’ agencies so we don’t send people to interviews we don’t think they will get. Your time and our client’s time is precious.

As a sweetener we offer a 'recommend a friend' or if you prefer‘ Big up a Buddy’ scheme whereby if you recommend someone to us that we place in a permanent position once they complete their probation you will receive a £50 voucher each for the store of your choice.
