Branch Manager - Leading Educational Recruiter Sheffield 30-40k Base + Bonus + Car + Benefits
Our Sheffield based client is a leading provider of education recruitment services for Teachers, SEN specialists, Nursery and Support staff. With offices strategically located throughout the UK, our client often sets the standard for teaching and education recruitment. Due to growth within the South Yorkshire market, they now have an immediate need for a Branch Manager to lead a performing team based in Sheffield
As a Branch Manager you will manage a team of consultants in the daily smooth running of a growing branch, where you will lead, develop and motivate the team to achieve company targets and above all service excellence. You will take overall responsibility for the management of vacancies and contracts, the account management of existing customers and act as a sales professional, alongside colleagues, to secure new business. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2+ year's recruitment experience with 2+ year's exposure to management or as a senior recruitment consultant. Sector experience whilst preferred is not essential. You will need to have a strong background in leadership with a proven track record of managing a growing and performing team. You will be a motivational and inspirational leader/manger and be confident in building revenue streams.
The successful candidate will receive an initial base salary of 30-40k dependent upon previous experience, with an uncapped bonus plus further benefits, including a car.
