Front End Developer - Leading Portal Sheffield 20-25k plus Benefits
Our client is an award winning portal with a strong following and commanding position within its sector. They now have an immediate opening for an experienced Front End Developer.
As an experienced Front End Developer you will join an in-house design team and work on every aspect of a leading e-commerce platform. Your key tasks will cover the maintenance and development of a significant and high-profile website. You will assist in creative work, utilise your strong understanding of design principles and lead web design for company promotions, e-shots, site banners and more. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 2 years front end development experience with exceptional front end/GUI development skills. You will have solid XHTML/CSS and Flash skills, W3C and JavaScript skills and be extremely confident converting Photoshop/Illustrator designs. You will have SEO experience, a strong sense of design and aesthetics, an acute eye for detail, excellent typographic skills with the ability to work quickly and accurately. This role is best suited to a degree educated individual with excellent communication and presentation skills.
The successful candidate can expect a base salary of 20-25k dependent upon previous experience, with a generous benefits package.
