Internal Sales Executive - Growing Online Company Sheffield 18-22k Base, 36-42k OTE + Excellent Benefits
Our Sheffield base client is a rapidly growing online company with a strong portfolio of well received portals. They now have an exciting and immediate opening for an Internal Sales Executive to be based in Sheffield and target new and existing accounts throughout the region.
As a Sheffield based Sales Executive you will actively and successfully manage the entire sales process from lead generation through fact finding, solution pitch, negotiation, close and ongoing account management. This involved role will utilise internal sales techniques and require you to establish, develop and manage strong, revenue generating relationships with advertising agencies, recruitment agencies and key clients throughout the region. You will prepare sales action plans, schedules & presentations, work as part of a performing sales team and possibly attend recruitment fairs as applicable. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1 year's telesales based consultative, b2b sales experience. Prior experience of the advertising, media or recruitment sectors would be advantageous but not a necessity. You will have the ability to identify new business sales opportunities using relevant research tools and through sector specific targeting and cold calling. This role requires business acumen & commercial awareness, the ability to prioritise competing demands and initiative, drive, motivation and attention to detail.
The successful candidate will receive an initial base salary circa 18-22k dependent upon previous sales experience, with an uncapped OTE of 36-42k achievable in the first year. Additionally you can expect further and generous benefits.
