An exciting self employed Mortgage Advisor position has become available within a leading Financial Practice based in Sheffield.
My client is seeking a professional and tenacious individual that will have a solid track record in giving sound mortgage advice to clients so that the new recruit can take advantage of the current pipeline of unwritten business which can be up to £10,000 per month.
My client has an excellent reputation within the Sheffield market place which means they are inundated with enquiries and repeat business.
As with any self employed role the company will retain a percentage of the commission but uniquely this will be paid out on a monthly basis before completion as oppose to waiting for the case to complete.
All applicants must have full CEMAP qualifications, be able to build relationships with clients and up sell on any associated products.
It is essential that all applicants hold a full UK driving licence and have their own car as the role will involve attending client appointments outside of the office also.
