The Role: Recruitment Billing Manager

Salary Scale
• Negotiable depending on experience but will be a basic salary with excellent monthly commission structure and a range of additional benefits

Work Environment
• Benchmark staff are invited to work in modern, spacious offices ideally located in Sheffield city
• Serviced offices with friendly and professional reception staff who provide a full range of services such as post, call-handling, meeting and greeting guests etc as well as private meeting rooms for registrations and larger conference rooms for events
• On-site café open from 8am
• We're on the 6th floor in an open plan, creative office space with a separate break-out room
• Individual laptops and modern technology to streamline our recruitment process
• Working alongside two members of staff and both company Directors with over 10 years recruitment experience who are always on hand and have a real ‘open-door’ policy
Essential Requirements
• Polished and professional, you will need to have worked previously in a professional environment and be educated to a good standard, preferably being of graduate calibre
• Candidates MUST come from a Commercial, IT or Finance Recruitment background (an independent consultancy would be a distinct advantage but is not essential) and you will have worked to a Consultant / Billing Manager level with a strong portfolio of achievements and proven track record
• Able to manage your own work load, the billing manager will previously have managed or supervised a small team
• You must be able to communicate well over the phone and face to face and be able to demonstrate an understanding of client’s needs and matching requirements to create solutions
• With excellent IT and communication skills, you will be a real self starter with initiative and common sense and able to demonstrate individual responsibility for own actions
• Overall we are looking for someone with a positive and sunny outlook who sees obstacles as challenges to overcome, is willing to get stuck in and has the ability to see the long term potential of the business and work towards their standards, sharing in their vision.
The Job Role
Down to the nitty gritty – overall your job role will be to work alongside the Managing Directors in the strategic development of the business and the direction the business will take. You will drive the business forward by expanding on the firm foundations and solid networks already created by the Directors and working with the staff team as a whole, will continue to forge mutually beneficial long term relationships with clients from a range of industries and professional organisations, adding value to their business and fulfilling the aspirations of candidates. • Must be able to communicate well over the phone and face to face and be able to demonstrate an understanding of client’s needs and matching requirements to create solutions
• Excellent IT and communication skills
• A self starter with initiative and common sense, you will need to show an ability to act on clear instruction and demonstrate individual responsibility for own actions
• Able to manage your own work load, work both independently and as part of a close team

You will work with and account manage candidates gaining and building their trust and confidence, managing their expectations, coaching and advising whilst arranging interviews and proactively seeking suitable employment opportunities for them.
