We Interview, assess and quantify all candidates before we send them to you. You can be sure whoever is selected for interview has been matched based on their skills, experience, personality and aspirations. Benchmark Recruit has invested in the latest software enabling us to cut out clipboards and reams of paperwork for our candidates, this helps us utilise the time we have with them actually interviewing. Full Identification, proof of eligibility to work and details of references are always required to register, we like to work on the premise that if we wouldn't employ them, we don't expect you to!

We will assist you to create a job specification, provide you with an interview pack, including an interview schedule and CVs, suggested questions, and a scoring sheet to help you in the decision making process, providing feedback on your behalf to those not selected. We also have interview facilities, meeting and conference rooms on site for your use in our newly refurbished offices should you wish to interview off site.

Our commitment to you doesn't stop when we find your ideal candidate. We provide first day induction material, and a training plan to assist you and help your new employee settle in. Your consultant will check in with you at regular intervals to ensure the induction and probation is going smoothly offering assistance if it is needed.

We are always on hand to provide advice and guidance on employment issues and HR matters, as well as salary surveys and market trend analysis.

We have recently extended our client services to include assessment days for higher volume recruitment, team building away days to aid retention; and personal development and networking seminars hosted on a quarterly basis (see additional services).
