I worked closely with Emily to recruit a Graphic Designer into my UX team at Alpha International Accommodation. The role had been difficult to fill in previous attempts as a particular set of skills and experience was sought. Emily embraced the challenge and delivered at excellent candidate who exceeded our initial expectations and has turned out to be a great cultural fit as well as take our UX team forwards in terms of graphical output. Despite having a number of agencies working on the role Emily uncovered a new talent that neither ourselves or the other recruiters had been able to source. I would highly recommend both Emily and Benchmark and will certainly use them again for future roles.
