I first came across Louisa when she worked for Office Angels. Immediately we had a good relationship and she understood the needs of the business instantly. When Louisa and Amy launched their own business, Benchmark Recruit, it was not long until Amy was my main contact. She grasped our culture very quickly and started to place people within our firm, Taylor & Emmet. Amy is able to understand the needs of a role and starts informing of potential candidates immediately. Within days interviews are arranged. Sometimes I feel as though I have already met the candidate due to a thorough outline given by Amy. I sometimes feel as though Amy is one of my colleagues down the corridor and we are working for the same firm! Every time I call Benchmark I receive a vibrant, motivated response, nothing is too much of a challenge.
