Just thought I'd drop you a quick note to thank you again for your assistance in providing excellent candidates for both our Administrator and Business Development roles.

I have to say that my past knowledge of recruitment companies was not very favourable untill I used your service. I am used to being swamped with CV's of candidates who simply do not fit the bill but it seems that other agencies think along the lines of 'If i give loads of CV's then one is bound to fit'

The approach you adopt where you gain a knowledge of a company and its culture then only provide CV's of candidates who not only can do the bill but fit the culture too saves me valuable time and effort. For that I cannot thank you enough.

As you know I usually do 2 interviews where the first is an informal chat and the second is more structured with some tough questions thrown in, I didn't even need a second interview because your candidate was perfect for the position.
