The Job Role
|Working as part of a close-knit team to provide first and second-line support to local and remote employees; you’ll answer and log all queries, password resets, permissions requests, troubleshooting, and occasionally resolve issues with user workstations.
You’ll work mainly in a Windows environment and have a good understanding of Citrix and VMWare technologies. Email systems use Lotus Notes/Domino.
|You’ll enjoy working as part of a team to resolve issues. IT will be your bread and butter – the help desk in particular your comfort zone. This role will suit you if you’ve got 1st line experience and want to add an impressive name in the legal sector to your CV!|
