I first came across Louisa when she worked for Office Angels. Immediately we had a good relationship and she understood the needs of the business instantly. When Louisa and Amy launched their own business, Benchmark Recruit, it was not long until Amy was my main contact. She grasped our culture very quickly and started to place people within our firm, Taylor & Emmet. Amy is able to understand the needs of a role and starts informing of potential candidates immediately. Within days interviews are arranged. Sometimes I feel as though I have already met the candidate due to a thorough outline given by Amy. I sometimes feel as though Amy is one of my colleagues down the corridor and we are working for the same firm! Every time I call Benchmark I receive a vibrant, motivated response, nothing is too much of a challenge.

Just thought I'd drop you a quick line to tell you how things are going here. I've just come out of a 30 min massage session paid for by the company and taken during office hours - all in the name of employee satisfaction! On Friday at 4pm we all downed tools and had a couple of beers, bought for us by the Directors. I can't help but wonder if maybe this role isn't salaried, as no-one could ever get paid for this kind of job... it's a dream come true!
