Benchmark/Louisa really took the stress out of setting on a new recruit. With us not having a dedicated HR department Benchmarks writing of the job description from our verbal brief, selecting candidates for interview and arranging interview times all made the whole process much easier. I have to say that my past knowledge of recruitment companies was not very favourable untill I used your service. I am used to being swamped with CV's of candidates who simply do not fit the bill but it seems that other agencies think along the lines of 'If i give loads of CV's then one is bound to fit'

Just thought I'd drop you a quick line to tell you how things are going here. I've just come out of a 30 min massage session paid for by the company and taken during office hours - all in the name of employee satisfaction! On Friday at 4pm we all downed tools and had a couple of beers, bought for us by the Directors. I can't help but wonder if maybe this role isn't salaried, as no-one could ever get paid for this kind of job... it's a dream come true! All in all, I wanted to thank you all for your help and support during a very difficult period for me, but you resurrected my self confidence and made me realize that I am worthy of working in a company as great as this.

We appreciated the fact that Benchmark's consultants took the time to visit our company when we contacted them with our vacancy. I had signed up to virtually every recruitment agency in Sheffield and they were the only ones that regularly rang with positions, feedback and helpful information. They even went as far as to provide invaluable insight, on not just the role & company in question, but on the interviewer(s) and type of interview you could expect.
Their job descriptions are invaluable, as are the 'helpful tips & information' sheets that they provide, particularly if you are new or inexperienced to this job hunting lark.
