The quarterly CDI (Creative, Digital and IT) Café event is running its final session on Thursday 14th September focusiing on the last stage in the candidate lifecycle, managing employee departures. 

The 'Exiting Gracefully and Disgracefully' Session will be led by Benchmark Managing Director, Louisa Harrison-Walker and Jay Bhayani from Bhayani HR and Employment Law; they will share advice on handling variations in the workforce and dismissing employees safely. The two have joined forces to champion best practice in the creative and digital businesses, and attract and retain skilled individuals to Sheffield City Region. 
 
The final session of the quarterly events is being held at the Showroom Bar with key decision makers from Creative, Digital and IT companies drawing on their specialist knowledge to give fresh insight into candidate requirements.
