Benchmark Managing Director, Louisa Harrison-Walker was privileged to be a guest on Westfield Health’s Orange Table Webinar Series. The Orange Table was lead by CEO, David Capper and Director of HR & Employee Wellbeing, Donna Griffiths and focused on the health and wellbeing of organisational culture on employee productivity and performance.
Louisa shared her expertise on workplace wellbeing and the impact on employee performance. Alongside Dr Anouska Carter, Sport and Senior Sport and Exercise Science Officer at Sheffield Hallam University, and moderated by Kate Firth, our Learning, Development and Engagement Manager the panel debated the positive action employers can take to ensure individuals are supported in issues of wellbeing.
“It is great to see health and wellbeing firmly on the agenda at Westfield Health, and it was fantastic to be invited to be on the Orange Table. I would encourage business owners to take time to reflect on their wellbeing policies, as an employer myself I recognise the importance of offering appropriate support to employees.” Said Louisa Harrison-Walker, Managing Director at Benchmark.
