The Job Role:

We have an amazing opportunity available for a passionate sales professional to join our clients growing office based in Sutton Coldfield.

This is a really exciting role for candidates who are looking for a long-term career within sales and account management, working for a growing company. The successful candidate will receive a company car on day one and will receive huge amounts of investment and training. This really is a long term opportunity.

The first six months of this role will be heavily sales focussed, the role will then transition into more of an Account Management role.  We are looking to speak to candidates who love speaking to people, are passionate about delivering customer service and confident delivering outbound and inbound telephone calls.

Key duties will include the following;

• Building a strong account base
• Achieving and exceeding KPI and revenue targets
• Account Management of a portfolio of clients
• Visiting customers
• Preparing and presenting quotations to customers
• Working collaboratively with the Sales Support team to ensure leads are followed up
• Updating the company CRM system

We’re looking to speak to dynamic individuals who have the following experience/skills;

• Excellent communication skills – written and spoken
• Driven by sales targets and KPIs
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Dynamic self-starter who is driven and motivated
• Experience within sales would be ideal but not essential – full training will be provided on the product
• Eagerness to learn and develop
• Computer literature and confident using IT software
