The Job Role:
Due to expansion within our client’s organisation, we are looking for an experienced Administration Assistant to work alongside the sales team providing administrative support. This is an ideal opportunity for candidates that are looking for progression. Full training and support will be given.
Our client has a long history working in Sheffield, they are a leading manufacturer who are specialists in their field. Our client is easily located near to Meadowhall with parking on site and bus and tram stops very close by.
Supporting the internal sales team, the successful candidate will provide support with the following duties;
- Administration support to the internal sales team
- Providing support with quotations
- Processing orders using the in-house CRM system
- Resolving any customer queries
- Liaising with customers via telephone and email
- Providing customers with updates regarding their order
- Processing purchase orders
- Liaising with production to provide customers with updates
We are looking to speak to candidates that have experience working within a customer service or administration. Candidates that have worked in a sales administration role will be at an advantage but full training will be provided to the successful candidate. Candidates that have worked within engineering or manufacturing will also be at an advantage but this is not essential.
Candidates should be IT literate and comfortable using the full suite of MS Office. Full training on the bespoke CRM system will be provided.
