The Job Role

This is the perfect opportunity for an experienced Administrator who is looking for a varied, long term role.

This position will include interaction with customers via telephone and email, as well as loading information into the customer portal, providing documentation and general administrative support.

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience in administration, customer service and will have worked with databases.

It is also important that candidates applying for this role show longevity within their roles on their CV.

Applicants who have Level 2 Business Administration will be at an advantage, but this is not essential requirement.

Our client is looking for a personable, professional and patient individual who enjoys speaking to customers, and providing administrative support.   Full training will be offered to the successful candidate.
