The Job Role:

This is a brand-new position for our growing client who are looking for an Administrator to join their team.

With head offices in France, this administration role will involve liaising with the team in France, but working with English speaking customers at the UK’s head office in Sheffield.

This is a really exciting, and varied, opportunity for a keen administrator who is looking for a long term, progressive opportunity.

Duties will include;

  • Processing customer orders using inhouse system
  • Providing administration support to the sales team
  • Communication with head office in France regarding orders, and ensuring all have been processed and dispatched on time
  • Liaising with customers directly regarding their orders and lead times for expected delivery dates

This is a perfect role for a recent graduate or and Administrator who has experience within a similar role.

Applicants who speak French will be at an advantage, but this is not an essential requirement.
