The Job Role:

 

This is a fantastic position for an Administrator to join our clients fast growing business. This is the ideal opportunity for candidates that have 1-2 years Administration experience, or have recently completely their apprenticeship.

 

We are excited to speak to speak to capable and confident Administrators who are able to provide full-service support to the team.  The successful candidate will enjoy a super varied role supporting all parts of the business from greeting visitors, creating presentations, answering the phone and everything in between.

 

It is vital to this role that candidates have the highest level of attention to detail – this position will be client facing as well as presenting information to clients.

 

This varied role will include the following duties;

 

  • Supporting the team with administrative duties
  • Drafting presentations using PowerPoint
  • Answering the telephone
  • Meeting and greeting visitors
  • General facilities management for the office
  • Preparing for meetings including arranging hospitality
  • Helping to resolve any IT issues – escalating where appropriate
  • Assisting the team with projects
  • Other administrative duties as requested by the team

 

We are looking to speak to candidates that have the following skills and experience

 

  • Ideally 2 years’ experience working within a similar administration role
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both face to face, written and verbal
  • Strong IT skills – confident using the full suite of MS Office
  • Good PowerPoint skills
  • Fantastic work ethic and attitude
  • Super organisational skills
