The Job Role:
We have an immediate requirement for an experienced Administrator to join a local Sheffield Chartered Surveyors company.
This role is well suited to candidates who have experience working within Chartered Surveyors, or have experience within the property industry.
Working as part of a small administration team, duties for this role will include the following;
- Handling all incoming enquiries
- Providing quotations for new instructions
- Inputting information onto the CRM system
- Arranging appointments on behalf of the Surveyors
- Contacting Agents to gain access into properties
- Preparing reports
- Sending reports onto clients after completion
- Ad hoc administration duties as required
Applicants should have administration experience (ideally 2 years +) and will have experience within the property sector, or working for a Chartered Surveyors.
Applicants should be computer literate and confident using the full suite of MS Office.
