The Job Role:

We have a great position available within our clients growing organisation for an experienced Administrator.

This position is a varied role and is well suited to candidates who are used to working in a fast paced and pressurised environment. 

Duties will include the following;

  • Providing administrative support to the Contracts Manager and team
  • Arranging accommodation
  • Sourcing appropriate plant and tool hire to site
  • Managing PPE requests
  • Preparing purchase orders including office stationary, site orders etc
  • Receiving delivery notes
  • Managing credit card expenses
  • Providing cover on reception – answering the telephone and meeting and greeting visitors
  • Maintaining site files
  • Ad hoc administrative requests as directed by management

Applicants should have experience working in a similar administrative role and be confident working in a fast paced role.

Applicants should be confident using a range of IT packages including the full suite of MS Office.
