The Job Role:
We have a great position available within our clients growing organisation for an experienced Administrator.
This position is a varied role and is well suited to candidates who are used to working in a fast paced and pressurised environment.
Duties will include the following;
- Providing administrative support to the Contracts Manager and team
- Arranging accommodation
- Sourcing appropriate plant and tool hire to site
- Managing PPE requests
- Preparing purchase orders including office stationary, site orders etc
- Receiving delivery notes
- Managing credit card expenses
- Providing cover on reception – answering the telephone and meeting and greeting visitors
- Maintaining site files
- Ad hoc administrative requests as directed by management
Applicants should have experience working in a similar administrative role and be confident working in a fast paced role.
Applicants should be confident using a range of IT packages including the full suite of MS Office.
