The Job Role:

 

We are looking for a bright and enthusiastic Administrator to join our clients export sales administration team.

 

Working as part of a small administration team, the successful candidate will carry out the following duties;

 

  • Liaising with customers
  • Processing customer orders
  • Providing quotations and following these up
  • Liaising with suppliers
  • Working collaboratively with sales and production to ensure goods are dispatched on time
  • Corresponding with couriers and shipping companies
  • Providing general administrative support
  • Opening, sending and distributing post

 

The ideal candidate for this role will be organised, enjoy working as part of a team and will have a cheerful and positive attitude.

 

We are open to experience for this position and would love to hear from candidates from all backgrounds who are looking for a long term career within administration.  Attitude and aptitude are the most important attributes for this position.
