The Job Role:


Due to growth within our client’s organisation, we have a Sales Administration role available for a friendly, energetic, motivated and organised individual. Our client work with prestigious brands selling beautiful lifestyle products worldwide.


Working as part of a small sales administration team, the successful candidate will work in a fast-paced environment supporting the sales team with their administrative tasks. This will be a really varied role, we are looking to speak to candidates that thrive within a busy role, are able to work to deadlines and will always put customers first.


Typical duties for this role will include the following;


  • Assisting customers with their enquiries via telephone, live chat and email
  • Ensuring all customers receive a first-class experience each and every time they make contact
  • Providing customers with product information as required
  • Sending out samples to customers when required
  • Processing orders on behalf of the sales team
  • Accurately maintaining the CRM system
  • Liaising with brands and suppliers to chase lead times on products
  • Ensuring goods are dispatched to customers on time
  • Providing customers with updates regarding the status of their order
  • Liaising with customers after their items have been received to ensure they are satisfied
  • Supporting the showroom with visits and bookings
  • Attending the showroom when requested
  • General administrative duties as required

  • Administrative experience
  • Experience working within sales administration would be advantageous but not essential
  • Exceptional communication skills – genuinely enjoy speaking to people and delivering a fantastic service
  • Competent using computers and confident using the full MS Office suite
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Enjoys working in a challenging environment and learning new processes
  • Enjoys working as part of a team (trust us the team are absolutely lovely!)
