Monday-Friday 9 am – 5 pm

£20,000  to  £25,000 DOE


The Job Role:


Due to growth within our client’s organisation, we have an opportunity available for an experienced Administrator to join our clients Ecommerce department.


Our client is the European lead in their sector and their business is going from strength to strength. The organisation currently employs over 350 people throughout Europe and are increasing their product base year on year.


Reporting into the Ecommerce Manager, the successful candidate will work within the Ecommerce team providing administrative support. Applicants that have experience working within Ecommerce will be at an advantage for this role, however we welcome applications from candidates that have experience working within sales support/administration.


This varied administrative role will include the following duties;


  • Assisting the Ecommerce team with listing products on the company websites
  • Assisting with the management of B2B and B2C marketplaces and websites
  • Providing sales administration support – processing orders
  • Liaising with customers (mostly via email) regarding their order
  • Reviewing and helping to improve the customer experience
  • Supporting the Ecommerce team with reporting data – information to be obtained from company websites and marketplaces to track success
  • Supporting the team with project management duties
  • General administrative duties as required



We are looking to speak to candidates that have the following skills and experience;


  • Experience working within an administrative role (essential)
  • Experience working within an Ecommerce role (desirable)
  • Experience using Ecommerce platforms (desirable)
  • Confident using the full suite of MS Office (essential)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Confident liaising with customers via telephone and email
  • Fluent English (verbal and written)
  • It would be advantageous for Applicants to speak additional languages but this is not essential


The successful candidate may be required to travel when required – mostly to France but potentially to other parts of Europe.
