Administration Assistant

South Sheffield

The Hours:

Full time

Monday-Friday 9am – 5pm

The Salary:

£16,000 - £18,000 DOE 

The Job Role:

Are you an already experienced Administration Assistant seeking a new position? Our client is expanding their team, and requires an organised and professional Administrator to join their team.

Duties will include the following;

  • Handling enquiries from suppliers and customers over the telephone and email
  • Processing customer orders using in house system
  • Ensuring the customer database is kept up to date, and accurate
  • Keeping customers updated with progress of their orders
  • Arranging delivery dates with suppliers and customers
  • Providing the management team with administration support, when required

The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working within an administrative role, will enjoy working at a fast pace and have excellent communication skills.

Applicants should be computer literate and be proficient using the full suite of MS Office especially using Excel.
