The Job Role
Our client is a leading Sheffield based Software company with a growing portfolio of solutions covering everything from application development through to mobile technology, our client is well placed for significant growth.
The successful candidate will join the service design team, comprising 1 other BA, 3 Designers and also to work closely with the Project Managers, sales team and Service Delivery Manager.
You will be supporting the pre-sales teams in initial requirements gathering, specification and presentation of a proposed solution. Gathering a deep understanding of how the customers use the product/software in their day to day lives across their organisations. Analysing the customer needs and evaluate how the existing products can be evolved to solve their problems. You will create use cases, personas and workflow diagrams.
If you have a minimum of 3 years’ experience gathering software requirements, solid experience of interacting with clients and helping them re-think how they approach and deliver products and services to their users. If you have works in a digital team that has delivered products to users with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines and collaborate with designers and developers to envision and iterate concepts, please send you CV!
