The Job Role:

 

We have a very exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Administrator to join an established organisation who are opening a new office in Leeds. The company was founded five years ago and has grown year on year to now 75 people. The company are Investors in People (Gold) and truly look after their people.  The team meet up regularly for socials and also attend an all paid for skiing trip each year! The successful candidate will be working within a fantastic organisation and will enjoy a varied fast paced administrative role.

 

Joining an established team of eight (already employees of the organisation but moving into Leeds office), the successful candidate will be the go-to person for Leeds the office and will underpin the team with administrative duties. At times, the successful candidate will provide administrative support to other colleagues within the company who may be based in other offices.

 

We are looking to speak to confident and capable candidates who thrive working in an administrative role. The successful candidate will provide support to the team across all areas including; administration, creating high quality presentations, first point of contact for the phone, resolving any IT issues that arise, preparing meetings and everything in between.

 

The successful candidate will be flexible and adaptable and will like taking ownership of tasks.

 

We are looking to speak to candidates with the following experience;

 

Essential –

 

  • Previous Business Support/Administration experience
  • Excellent level of attention to detail
  • Intermediate/Advanced level PowerPoint
  • Good working knowledge of the full suite of MS Office including Word and Excel
  • Good time management skills
  • Ability to prioritise a busy workload
  • Use of own initiative

 

Desirable –

 

  • Audio Typing
  • Knowledge of ISO 9001 & 14001
  • Experience of InDesign (full training can be given)
  • Confident using social media
