Full or part time can be considered (part time hours would be 10-3 full time 8.45-4.45)

The Salary:

Up to £17,500 DOE (part time will be pro ratad)

The Job Role:

This is a newly created position that is well suited to Applicants who have extensive call centre or call handling experience.

The purpose of this role is to provide support to the sales team chasing quotations that are outstanding.  Using the companies CRM system, the successful candidate will be expected to chase all quotations that have passed 24 hours and record details of the call. Information is likely to include; description of the project and time scales, establish whether the quotation was relevant/expensive and find out when a member of the sales team can call back.

Following all calls, the Call Handler will liaise directly with the sales team to advise on the outcome of the call and quotation.

The ideal candidate for this position will have experience working within a Telesales or Call Centre environment.
