The Job Role:

 

Due to expansion within our client’s organisation, we have fantastic opportunity available for an Administrator to join our clients growing Clinical Services team.

 

Perhaps you have years’ worth of administrative experience, or you’re looking to progress into an administration role – either way we’d love to hear from you.

 

Working within the clinical services team, the successful candidate will provide administrative support to Consultants, arranging diary appointments and liaising with Patients regarding clinic appointments and surgery. This role is well suited to organised individuals who are able to multitask and happy working in a fast-paced environment.   

 

Typical day to day duties for this role will include the following; 

 

  • Managing Consultant diaries
  • Arranging appointments for Patients
  • Booking clinics and theatres
  • Providing Administrative support to Consultants
  • Managing Excel spreadsheets
  • Providing Patients with regular updates regarding their clinical appointments/surgery

 

Applicants who have experience working within administration, specifically within healthcare will be at an advantage. We would also love to hear from Applicants who have experience of diary management or customer service.

 

Applicants should be empathetic, organised and used to working within a fast-paced environment whilst maintaining confidentiality at all times. It would be beneficial for candidates to have used Excel (advanced level not required).

 

Full in-house training will be given to the successful candidates.
