Customer Service Administrator - 6 month + contract (potential to go permanent)

The Location:

Sheffield city centre

The Hours:

Full time, 35 hours per week

The Salary:

£10.25 per hour

The Job Role:

Our client, who are based in Sheffield city centre, are on the lookout for a temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their team for a minimum of 6 months. There is a strong chance that this role will become permanent for the right candidate.

The successful candidate will be managing a data cleanse project using Salesforce by researching and contacting customers and updating the system to ensure their details are still correct, and that they are interested in the services offered by the organisation. The role will also involve researching new companies and adding their details onto Salesforce. After collating all customer information, the details will be passed across to the sales team for them to contact and promote the business. Please note that whilst this is not a sales role, Applicants will be proactively contacting businesses and therefore should enjoy building rapport with people on the phone.

The ideal candidates for this role will have experience working with Excel, will be confident speaking to customers on the phone and will have data entry/administration experience. Applicants who have experience of using Salesforce will be at an advantage, but this is not essential.

Full training will be given to the successful Applicants.
