Customer Service Administrator – temporary role 6 months +

The Job Role:
Our client, who are based in Sheffield, are on the lookout for two temporary Customer Service Administrators to join their team for a minimum of 6 months.
The successful candidates will be managing a data cleanse project using Salesforce by researching and contacting customers and updating the system to ensure their details are still correct, and interested in the services offered. The role will also involve researching new companies and adding their details onto Salesforce. After collating all customer information, the details will be passed across to the sales team for them to contact and promote the business.
The ideal candidates for this role will have experience working with Excel, will be confident speaking to customers on the phone and will have data entry/administration experience. Applicants who have experience of using Salesforce will be at an advantage, but this is not essential.
Full training will be given to the successful Applicants.
This role is due to commence 12th or 19th April with interviews taking place w/c 22nd March.
