We are thrilled to be working with one of our long-standing clients as they recruit an experienced Customer Service Administrator into their thriving business. Our client is a successful, international business who are experts in their field. They are also extremely passionate about creating a positive economic impact within their organisation.
This is a varied, and busy administrative role working as part of a small team. As Customer Service Administrator, the successful candidate will be reporting directly into the Commercial Manager and providing customer service and administrative support to the business. This is a brilliant role for candidates who have experience already working within administration, processing customer orders and working closely with customers. The successful candidate will also be a key-holder for the business assisting with opening and closing the building each day.
Typical duties for this role will include the following; -Handling customer enquiries via email and telephone -Processing sales orders -Producing and sending invoices to customers for payment –Processing returns on the CRM system -Issuing credit notes when required -Liaising with suppliers -Managing transport and shipping enquiries and arrangements -Generating sales reports using the CRM system for management -Working closely with the business development team to provide administrative support -Updating the online shop to ensure up-to date and stock levels are correct -General administrative support as required
We would love to hear from experienced Administrators who are confident in a customer service environment and have experience in the following; -Experienced in processing customer orders -Confident managing customer enquiries -Ability to draft and send invoices -Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal -SAP experience would be advantageous -Experienced using the full suite of MS Office -Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines -Super organised and have a flexible approach -Friendly and comfortable working in a small team -Passionate about administration and customer service
