The Dream Career:
Customer Service Advisor – contract until end of January 2022 – likely to become permanent
37.5 hours per week
1 weekend in every month to be worked – 4 hours per day can be worked from home and will receive a Friday off in lieu
1 day per week working in the office once fully trained
The Job Role:
We have two positions available for experienced Customer Service Advisors to join a fantastic retail business based in Sheffield.
This position will be a contract until the end of January 2022 but very likely to become permanent for the right candidate.
Candidates who have experience working within retail/ecommerce will be at a real advantage but full training will be provided.
Duties will include the following;
- Managing customer enquiries via ticketing system
- Liaising with customers via telephone/email/ticketing system
- Handling warehouse enquiries and managing returns
- Liaising with suppliers and claiming against faulty products
- Management of daily order queries
- Stock management including checking goods in
Our client’s business receives an incredibly high number of orders and therefore are looking for self-starters who are able to confidently speak to customers and self-manage their own work load.
Full training will be provided for the successful candidates.
This position is to start immediately and therefore Applicants who do not have a notice period, or are able to start within a week will be prioritised.
