£18,500 to £19,500 DOE


The Job Role:


We are working with a fantastic Sheffield business who are looking for an experienced Customer Service Team Leader to join their team.

We are looking to speak to candidates who are passionate about customer service and enjoy assisting customers through any questions, queries or complaints that they may have.

Supporting the Customer Service Manager, the successful candidate will enjoy a varied role with the following responsibilities;

  • Assisting customers with their queries
  • Building relationships with customers to get to the root of their question or complaint
  • Resolving any complaints in a timely fashion
  • Corresponding with customers via email professionally
  • Liaising closely with internal teams including finance, sales, purchasing and logistics
  • Actively contributing to monthly team meetings highlighting any trends or successes
  • Working closely with the customer care team to provide support and distributing work loads

Candidates who are interested in applying for this role should have the following experience;

  • Experience working within customer service – ideally 2 years +
  • Experience resolving complaints
  • Passionate about putting customers first
  • Strong IT skills and confident using the full suite of MS Office including Word and Excel
  • Ability to spin plates and analyse customer information quickly
