The Job Role:

We have an opportunity available to work with a fantastic education provider based in Dronfield.  Our client are looking for an experienced Tutor to join their company, who will be responsible for the learning and development of learners undertaking levels 3 – 5 Leadership and Digital courses.

The successful Digital Tutor will deliver tailored coaching sessions to Learners and will work closely with employers to ensure that their needs are met.

Duties will include the following;

  • Planning and delivering coaching sessions to Learners
  • Regularly reviewing Learners progress throughout the programme
  • Maintaining accurate Learner records and reviewing progress regularly
  • Actively contribute towards the development of the organisations programmes
  • Plan and prepare schemes of work
  • Support Leaners with their assessments
  • Regularly liaise with employers to track progress
  • Design and develop new course content
  • Comply with compliance, auditing, quality management and risk assessments
  • Attend regular internal meetings to discuss Learner progression
  • Ensure the highest levels of quality, integrity and ethics in all our delivery

Whilst the role does not require specific formal qualifications it is expected that all candidates will have:

  • Qualified to Degree Level in a subject relevant to your department
  • Minimum Level 2 / GCSE grade C in English
  • Minimum Level 2 / GCSE grade C in Mathematics
  • Hold a Teaching Qualification/Assessor/ IQA Qualification.
  • Achieved or be working towards a recognised coaching qualification

To be considered for this role, Applicants should have the following experience;

  • Minimum 1 years’ training/teaching/coaching experience
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a management role
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent IT ability and confidence using full suite of MS Office and CRM software systems
