The Hours:

Full time, 37.5 hours per week  

 

The Salary:

£26,000 to £32,000 DOE

 

The Job Role:

 

Reporting into the E-commerce Manager, we have an excellent opportunity available for an E-Commerce Coordinator to join our client’s growing company.

 

Our client is the European lead in their sector, employing over 350 people throughout Europe our client are growing their product base year on year.

 

Supporting the E-commerce Manager with e-commerce activities for the organisation, the successful candidate will enjoy a varied role including the following;

 

  • Managing B2B and B2C websites and marketplaces
  • Actively contributing to E-commerce processes within the business
  • Liaising with customers daily regarding their orders/stock/resolving missing items
  • Reviewing and improving the customer experience
  • Managing content and merchandising
  • Weekly and monthly reporting of KPIs – this will include performance data for websites and marketplaces
  • Project management
  • Reviewing profitability channels
  • Administrative duties as required

 

The ideal candidate for this role will have a background in operations/customer service/administration and e-commerce. 

 

We are looking to speak to candidates that have the following experience;

 

  • Experience using Amazon Vendor Central and/or Seller Central
  • Experience using E-commerce software systems
  • Experience in E-commerce marketing and marketplaces universe
  • Confident delivering KPIS and E-commerce data
  • Computer literate and confident using the full suite of MS Office
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
  • Fluent English – both verbal and written
  • It would be advantageous for candidates to speak a second language but this is not essential

 

Applicants may be required to travel when required – mostly to France but occasionally to other parts of Europe.
