£23,000 to £25,000 DOE
The Job Role:
Due to rapid expansion within our client’s organisation, we are looking to speak to German speaking Customer Service Advisors.
This fast paced and varied role, is well suited to candidates who enjoy building rapport with customers. Duties will include the following;
- Providing post-sale support to customers – this will include troubleshooting and problem resolution
- Escalating any technical problems to the technical team for fast resolution
- Assisting customers with any questions relating to the product
- Providing general customer service and administrative support when required
Applicants should be fluent in spoken and written German and English. Ideally we are looking to speak to native German speakers.
It would be beneficial for applicants to be confident using technology and able to pick up new systems quickly.
Applicants will ideally have experience working within a similar customer service position and will thrive working within a busy environment.
The customer service team is primarily located in Sheffield city centre, but our client is also interested in speaking to candidates who are looking to work remotely.
