£12,000 - £13,000

The Job Role:

Our client is on the lookout for an individual to join their team to help win, develop and retain business.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • You will be able to prospect and generate quotations, this includes managing and following up quotes
  • Be the first point of contact and provide support to administrators and engineers
  • Manage and input data using the company CRM system
  • Work to a sales target and KPIs
  • Produce sales forecasts
  • Maintain product knowledge through e-learning modules and training sessions
  • Report to the National Sales Manager

Skills and Experience required:

  • Have knowledge or experience working in a similar role within a technical environment


  • Have experience within Telesales or a Customer Support position
  • Knowledge of working with CRM’s
  • Have a good understanding of Microsoft Office – including Excel
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A good attention to detail
