The Job Role:
Our client is a well-established, and award-winning manufacturing organisation.
Due to expansion within the business, we are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the team.
Supporting the sales department administratively, the successful candidate will carry out the following duties;
- Liaising with customers via telephone and email
- Acknowledgement of orders received from customers
- Assisting with the preparation of sales quotations to send to customers for approval
- Processing customer orders using CRM system
- Obtaining feedback from customers after quotations have been sent for approval
- Providing customers with updates regarding lead times on their order
- Providing administrative support to the sales team when they are in the field
- Ad hoc administrative duties as required
We are looking to speak to candidates who have the following experience;
- Strong IT skills and proficient using the full suite of MS Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident liaising with customers and internal teams via telephone and email
- Excellent time management skills and ability to work to deadlines
- Experience working in an administrative role
