Full time

Monday-Thursday 8.45 – 4.45

Fridays – 8.45 - 3


The Salary:

Up to  £21,000 DOE


The Job Role:


We are representing a highly successful manufacturing business based in Sheffield, S25 who require an Internal Sales Administrator to join their growing team.


The successful candidate, as Internal Sales Administrator, will provide customer service, administration and sales support to the busy sales team.


This busy and varied role will include the following duties;


  • Receiving and logging customer queries
  • Managing customer queries in a professionally and efficiently
  • Preparing customer quotations using in house CRM system
  • Obtaining quotations for freight and passing this information onto customers
  • Requesting quotation feedback from customers
  • Managing customer update requests
  • Processing customer orders using in house CRM system
  • Liaise with the purchasing team to obtain regular updates and lead times
  • Providing customers with updates regarding their orders and lead times
  • Logging information onto CRM system


The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience;


  • Experience working within a similar administrative role
  • Strong IT skills
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Super organised
