The Job Role
We are lucky to be working with one of the UK’s leading food re-distribution charities who are currently looking to add to their team within their Information Centre. The role has come about due to substantial funding to the IT department and an exciting launch of an e learning platform.
You will be supporting and managing a team of 11, ensuring that the work carried out by the Information Centre can land across 21 regional centres and be responsible for project managing the entire roll out of CRM and E Learning Systems from a user perspective. Working closely with the user coordinator to translate business needs into tangible projects, and ensuring the voice of the user is heard throughout.
In line with the charities’ values and ethics, this role will suit individuals who are passionate about constantly improving the way things can be done via tech, find new ways to facilitate relationships with great communication skills and provide an understanding and supportive approach along the process.
Skills and Experience Required:
Extensive experience of delivering on the ground IT projects with excellence and at scale
Knowledge and experience of change management centred around IT systems, ideally with CRM delivery and integration projects
Accomplished leadership skills
The ability to self-manage in a non-structured environment
3-5 years’ experience in a PM / IT / Digital based environment
Hands on experience of working with Salesforce /CRM is highly desirable!
Experience of working with Agile methodologies and their practical application
