The Job Role
A fantastic opportunity to work with a pension and investment organisation with a highly regarded national presence. You will be collaborating with other members of the team in the Sheffield office providing internal 1st line IT Support.
1st line support will be provided through the IT service desk, phone, skype and face to face. You will be monitoring the IT systems; prioritising and addressing any problems that may occur while escalating any second line and above support to the appropriate team member. Ensuring all support tasks are logged and documented and being aware of data protection adhering to data security requirements.
There will be some travelling to other offices included as well as any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by a senior member of the team.
