The Location:

Predominantly working from home

Offices are based in Sheffield city centre – occasional working in the office will be required

 

The Hours:

Part time

3 days per week across 4 days ideally  

 

The Salary:

£22,000 pro rata

 

The Job Role:

 

We are looking to speak to an experienced marketing professional to join our client’s organisation.

 

Primarily working from home, our client will work part time, ideally across 3 days (2 full days and 2 half days) delivering marketing, communications and events for the organisation.

 

Working as part of a small team, across two organisations (that are linked together) the successful candidate will be responsible for the following duties;

 

  • Organising internal events – including conferences, training sessions and workshops
  • Producing marketing collateral
  • Using Canva, Photoshop, Adobe suite etc to produce publicity materials and resources
  • Manage social media for the organisation
  • Administration of memberships and renewals
  • Collating newsletters, flyers and posters to actively promote the organisation
  • Identifying new marketing and engagement approaches
  • Working with external partners to maintain the website

 

We are keen to speak to candidates who have experience working within marketing and are seeking a long-term role. There is scope for additional hours should the successful candidate wish to.

 

Experience required for this role included;

 

  • Experience working within marketing delivering successful campaigns
  • Experience of using WordPress and plugins
  • Experience of using Canva, Photoshop, InDesign
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to self-manage and meet targets
  • Confident managing social media channels including Linkedin, Facebook and Twitter
  • Experience of managing and leading events
  • Line Management experience (desirable)
  • Microsoft Azure experience would be advantageous
  • Experience working within HE sector
  • Educated to A Level or equivalent experience
