The Job Role:

Due to growth within our client’s organisation, we have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Assistant.

Our client is a manufacturer/distributor who have offices across the world and have a vast product range that is sold worldwide.

Working closely with the MD of the business, the successful candidate will enhance the marketing activities for the UK subsidiary of the company. This varied role is well suited to candidates who have experience within marketing and administration.

Key duties will include the following;

Leading on marketing activities for the company including online marketing
Creating content for the company website and marketing collateral
Management of the e-commerce system
Assisting the sales team with presentations, proposals and visuals
Assisting with quotations
Analysing new markets
Attending trade shows and exhibitions with the sales team
Communicating digitally with existing and prospective clients
Preparing content for catalogue which showcases the products the company offers
Analysing client information to assist with sales performance
Assisting the administrative team with order processing
Providing administrative support to the MD

We are looking to speak to candidates that have the following skills and experience;

Marketing experience
Administrative experience
Confident managing websites
Able to analyse marketing and sales data
Confident using IT
Excellent communication skills
Degree in marketing or business studies

Ideally 5 years + experience working within administration and marketing
