New Homes Sales Manager
Offices based in Sheffield. Some remote working with travel 2-3 days per week within a 200-mile radius of Sheffield. Applicants do not need to reside in Sheffield, but should be able to attend the office when required.
£30,000 to £35,000 + bonus (company performance based)
The Job Role:
Due to continued growth within our client’s business, we have an exciting opportunity available for an experienced New Homes Sales Manager.
Our client are a new build developer and estate agency who are looking for an individual who has extensive experience within the property sector, especially within new build homes, to join their innovative and forward-thinking business.
The successful candidate will be actively involved with each site and will be involved with every project from pre-development through to formal completion and hand over.
As New Homes Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be an ‘all-rounder’ and will be responsible for assisting each site with their sales and marketing strategy. This will include managing full cycle marketing campaigns including social media to supporting the Sales Negotiators on each site to deliver their sales targets.
The successful candidate will co-ordinate with the Sales Negotiators on each site, this will include motivating them and assisting with project management. The role will also involve managing sales performance and delivery of targets, and monitoring customer service levels throughout the sales process, including software training, marketing and social media tutoring and general training for Sales teams.
To be considered for this role, Applicants must have experience within the property sector, especially within new build properties. Our client is looking for a sales and marketing professional who really understands the housing market and buyer trends.
It is an essential requirement for Applicants to hold a full UK driving licence and have access to a car.
