Full time, Monday-Friday 9 am – 5 pm

The Salary:

£30,000 to £45,000 DOE

The Job Role:

Due to growth within our clients organisation, we have a new and exciting position available for an experienced Office Manager to join the company.

The successful candidate will provide first class support and training to the office, provide human resource support, help build a highly motivated team and support the senior management team.

This role will be very varied and is best suited to an experienced Office Manager who has extensive experience within a similar role. We are looking for a self-starter, and ideally a candidate who has implemented new systems and ways of working in previous roles. 

Duties will include;

  • Overseeing all aspects of office management, including staff management, recruitment, development of systems, processes and policies
  • Develop and update the internal human resources records
  • Provide performance management, identifying and monitoring knowledge gaps and assisting with training and coaching of the team (both internal and arranging external training)
  • Working closely with the senior management team and reporting on office activities and employee performance
  • Motivating, supporting and managing the team including allocation of responsibilities and ensuring objectives and goals are met
  • Providing general support to the office to ensure the office runs smoothly and professionally at all times
  • Working closely with the senior management team to develop and monitor the business strategy
  • Work on projects as assigned by the senior management team

The ideal candidate for this role will be;

- A time focused individual who is able to stay calm under pressure and able to meet strict deadlines

- An experienced Administrator who will have excellent IT skills (including Excel and Word)

- An excellent communicator who has fantastic people and influencing skills

Applicants should also have;

  • A good standard of Education
  • Strong leadership and people management skills
  • Experience of leading and managing a team
  • Experience of HR management
